How you’ll make an impact
- Supporting Project Teams helping organize and guide the project team by assisting with task assignments, tracking progress, and keeping everyone informed and motivated.
- Helping Manage Multiple Projects as supporting the team in keeping all projects aligned with company standards and processes.
- Following Guidelines and Improving Processes as to make sure company policies are followed and help improve how things are done by learning from past projects.
- Planning and Tracking Work assisting in creating work plans, tracking budgets, and making sure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Identifying Risks and Opportunities as helping spot potential problems or opportunities early and support the team in finding solutions.
- Operations Support is joining planned meetings and helping make sure the team has the resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
- Project Delivery is supporting the team during project execution, helps resolve issues, and ensure projects are properly closed when finished.
- Contracts and Documentation as helping and ensuring contracts are followed and support the team in managing any changes or claims.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experienced professionals in relevant industry are required.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
