KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
–  Develop and implements annual marketing strategy and operating plans

–  Develop strategies and business plans related to channel/trade spending/distribution strategy, category management, merchandising strategy, pricing plans, for multiple trade classes

–  Responsible for financial KPI & SOM target delivery on brand/product line

–  Manage media, consumer, market research, product Development, pricing, volume and operations planning, and financial mix of brand /product line

–  Manage media production process and budget

–  Present to customers on NPDs

–  Manage business decisions and present related activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting

–  Manage the full A&P of on brand/product line

–  Lead multi-functional projects with Retail Marketing, Customer Development and CS&L teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : 
–  A Bachelor’s degree

–  Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing or related fields
