Overview Of The Role
This role provides analytical support on customer retention, vehicle parc evolution, and the performance of retention products within Al-Futtaim Automotive. It is responsible for generating actionable insights through data analysis to evaluate retention strategies, identify performance gaps, and support data-driven decisions across business units

What You Will Do
•    Develop and publish dashboards tracking retention product performance across brands and branches
•    Conduct market intelligence activities and gather customer insights
•    Analyze trends in retention and retention product performance, and share key findings
•    Conduct feasibility studies for potential new products
•    Present proposals to stakeholders with clear roadmaps and outcomes
•    Design implementation processes, including training plans, change management strategies, operational workflows, and financial processes

Required Skills To Be Successful
•    Strong knowledge of automotive dealer operations
•    Proficiency in data analytics and market research
•    Solid planning and project management capabilities
•    Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

About The Team
The role reports directly to the Head of Loyalty and is part of a dynamic, fast-paced automotive aftersales environment

What Equips You For The Role
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
•    2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
•    Strong understanding of customer experience management and its impact on brand loyalty, retention, and overall business growt
