Business Development Executive
At Kazamer Tax Consultant, we are committed to providing top-tier financial and tax consulting services. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services that align with client needs.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business contracts.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and results.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the finance or consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local market in Dubai and the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of tax and financial services is a plus.
