Business Development Manager
Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager with a strong track record in enterprise software sales, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates disciplined execution, and consistently meets or exceeds quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) in the Middle East market.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution selling, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders in target accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and position Oracle Fusion as a value-driven solution.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that address customer pain points.
- Stay updated on Oracle’s latest offerings and industry trends to ensure compelling product positioning.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular progress reports to VP – Sales.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5–10 years of hunting sales experience in enterprise applications (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft
- Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud sales (ERP/HCM/SCM preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving quarter-on-quarter targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience selling into government, banking, or enterprise verticals in the GCC.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud commercial models and licensing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly disciplined in CRM and pipeline management.
