Cashier
Noorka Logistics is seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is essential to ensuring smooth financial transactions and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with billing-related matters.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial transaction reports.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure all records are updated.
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and other payment documentation.
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic accounting software.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
