Claim Controller (Dubai)
As a Claim Controller, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing submitted claims within our organization and processing them in a timely manner. You play a crucial role in ensuring the proper handling of claims and work closely with various departments to guarantee a smooth process.
Your tasks and responsibilities include assessing and processing incoming claims. You will verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation and communicate with clients, insurers, and other involved parties. You are capable of identifying areas for improvement in the claims process and implementing solutions.
Your profile
- Resident of Dubai
- A completed HBO-level education, preferably in a legal or financial field
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
