Commercial Coordinator – Emirati National only
A Commercial Coordinator will ensure the effective coordination and administration of all commercial functions in the hotel under the leadership of the commercial manager. a Larger Emphasis will be placed on Marketing.
What will I be doing?
As commercial coordinator, you will ensure the effective coordination and administration of all commercial requirements of the hotel. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Develop and maintain a customer database.
- Research local competition and local events
- Manage administrative requests as directed by the Management Team
- Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.
- Participate in hotel promotional activities.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in different marketing promotions required in the hotel.
- Use different platforms to develop content to enhance and share information on hotel activities to the customers and stake holders of the hotel.

- Confident telephone manner
- Knowledge of Different social media platforms and editing tools
- Creative and organised
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
- Previous experience in a Social Media tools / Canva / Adobe / MS Office
- Relevant degree, in a business discipline, from an academic institution
