DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
The candidate will operate within the Human Resources department and will be responsible for supporting Labor Cost management, Compensation & Benefits activities, payroll reporting, and workforce cost planning.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Participate in annual budget planning and workforce cost forecasting for the departments.
- Consolidate and prepare corporate HR reporting, including monthly and annual payroll.
- Collaborate with Finance to improve personnel cost planning and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare data and analysis for management reporting, and compensation planning
- Maintain protection of workers’ personal data and business from unauthorized access.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in payroll administration reporting and compensation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, including SAP
