Emirates NBD, the leading Banking Group in the MENAT region, was formed on 19 June 1963, when H.H. Job Purpose:

The English/Arabic Content Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality written content across Emirates NBD customer communication channels. The role ensures a high level of content quality, consistency, and continued brand alignment. It also plays a key role in translating briefs into clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging that reflects our verbal identity and tone of voice principles.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Write and edit compelling content for a range of marketing and customer-facing materials.
  • Revise existing copy to suit updated business requirements, brand standards, or channel suitability.
  • Review written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone of voice, and overall brand consistency.
  • Work with Group Marketing and product teams to ensure clear briefs, timeliness, and continued adherence to the guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Native-level proficiency in English or Arabic (role dependent), with excellent command of grammar, structure, and writing style.
  • Ability to write clearly, creatively and persuasively for different audiences across multiple formats.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and customer communication journeys.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines of varying complexity and urgency.
