MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide administrative support and assistance to the HR team with a primary focus on job description management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Reviews, updates and recommends changes to existing job descriptions.
  • Maintains a repository of all job descriptions and ensures that they are updated appropriately.
  • Assists in the review and update of HR policies and procedures.
  • Researches and recommends key changes to HR policies in the industry and in the country.
  • Provides administrative asisstance to the team including taking detailed meeting minutes and action items during meetings.
  • Provides project coordination support to the team by maintaining a list of action items, deadlines and task owners.
  • Assists in the preparation and review of presentations by leveraging appropriate templates and designs.
  • Manages the preparation and signoff of key Rewards documents (contracts, letters etc.)
  • Develops and maintains a system for organizing and archiving departmental documents, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of staffing and compensation data.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Minimum Education Level 

  • High School Diploma

Languages   

  • Fluent in English

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Years with Qualifications 

  • 2 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
