Customer Care Executive
At Fika Consultancy, we prioritize delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who can efficiently handle client inquiries and provide support across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or services.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software tools.
- Friendly, professional attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
