Customer Care Executive

At Fika Consultancy, we prioritize delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who can efficiently handle client inquiries and provide support across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or services.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software tools.
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
