Customer Service Ambassador
The role will be to welcome our international customers at our validation points to validate their tax refund or assist in the validation of their tax refund .You will be the customer’s final touchpoint within the country and will represent our company to the highest standard. You will provide a seamless customer experience, your enthusiasm and your ability to listen to the needs of the customer will allow you to thrive in the world of luxury.
Key Responsibilities
- Smile, meet, greet and welcome our international customers on first contact
- Provide professional and customer-focused service to our customers.
- Accompany tourists to the check-in area to ensure products purchased by the tourists are exported.
- Bid farewell after dropping customers off at Check in
- Support in managing the queue and assist/guide passengers to use the kiosks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the basic processes of UAE tax refund scheme.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of Planet’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and guide customers through the Refund Scheme appropriately.
- Encourage customers to provide feedback on Planet and its services through various tools such as Google, CX Surveys etc.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Previous customer service experience
High degree of energy, motivation, initiative & drive
Customer service orientated with good communication & interpersonal skills
Committed team player
Excellent communication and people management skills
Language skills – Languages preferred: Arabic, English, Russian, French, Hindi
