Customer Service Representative
Job description
Creating a positive first impression, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. To support customer service department and team to achieve yearly departmental objectives meeting of exceeding customer expectations and creating a seamless, positive, and memorable experience across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customer and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders efficiently and professionally.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Listen to customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate department or person, ensuring a smooth and helpful interaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure
- Coordinates feedback information with team members & customers.
- Process customer orders accurately in the system, including entry, modification, and tracking.
- Provide clear information required in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate order status updates to customers and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents – such as Invoice DN LPO
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Skills required
- Excellent command of English language.
- Good experience in using personal computer and various software packages.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

- Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
