Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to extract insights that drive strategic decisions in both clinical and operational contexts
- Develop visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau, emphasizing key healthcare metrics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to address data needs and facilitate AI-driven initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation processes, adhering to established healthcare standards
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience working in data analysis within a healthcare environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools used in healthcare analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare metrics and performance indicators
- Experience in SQL for data querying specific to healthcare datasets
- Knowledge of statistical methods applicable to healthcare data analysis
- Proven ability to translate healthcare data insights into actionable recommendations for clinical and operational improvements
