Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and congratulate customers upon vehicle delivery, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Inform customers about post-delivery procedures, including purchasing Salik, scheduling maintenance, and other necessary follow-ups.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of the vehicle, including engine bay, interior, and exterior, verifying that all fluids (engine oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid, engine coolant) are at the recommended levels.
- Ensure all vehicle ancillaries are properly installed and functioning as per OMS (Operational Management System) standards.
- Confirm that the vehicle is cleaned thoroughly according to company standards.
- Explain vehicle features and options to customers upon request.
- Possess a valid driver’s license to occasionally drive vehicles with customers when required.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service in the automotive industry or vehicle inspection roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, especially in vehicle inspection and cleaning standards.
- Knowledge of vehicle fluids, maintenance procedures, and features.
- Ability to explain technical features clearly to customers.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
