Role Summary:

Responsible for providing support for Projects with due diligence, feasibility, business plan, joint venture, master plan, infrastructure plan, product mix, and design.

Role Profile:

• Coordinate With Internal And External Teams To Successfully Prepare Development Plans.
• Assist With Securing Multiple Stakeholders And Jv Partner Agreements, Preparing Board Papers And Committee Presentations, Obtaining Approvals According To Strategic Plans And Driving The Development Process.
• Influence And Manage Stakeholders In Preparing Business Plans, Other Meetings And Acting As Maf Representative For The Project.
• Lead And Manage Master Planning And Infrastructure Planning Scope Of Work With Consultants And Internal Team.
• Prepare Design Brief, Project Brief, Cost Estimation And Budgeting Initiatives With The Help Of Project Management And Other Functions Within The Company.
• Manage The Architectural Consultants And Other Design Consultant Selection With Manager’S Direction.
• Support Manager With Leading And Coaching Project Teams To Ensure Business Cases Achieve Stakeholder Approvals.
• Responsible For The Pl In Support Of The Development Team, Including Appropriate Staffing Levels And Guidance Of Individuals.

Required experience/background:

• Proficient In Software Applications Such As Excel, Estate Master, Ms Project, Powerpoint
• Good Understanding Of Corporate Governance, Organizational Management & Leadership
• Good Planning, Organizational And Project Management Skills
• Good Understanding Of Construction Technology
• Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Similar Role
• Graduate Degree In Property/Construction, Architecture, Planning, Urban Design Or Engineering
