Digital Advisory Manager
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Client Engagement
- Assess client needs and objectives and develop customized digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Solution Design
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design integrated digital solutions that align with client goals.
- Project Management
- Oversee the implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Innovation
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed proposals, business cases, and reports to support client engagements and project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Expert Communication & Design
- Apply expertise in data modelling, presentation development, and graphic design to create compelling and effective communications that support project goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital consulting, advisory roles, service delivery, product management, project management, or equivalent fields.
- Preferred Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in digital consulting, advisory roles, service delivery, product management, project management, or equivalent fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing digital transformation projects.
- Specialized knowledge in specific technology domains and industries.
- Proven skills in project management, data modelling, developing and delivering presentations, and graphic design.
Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital technologies and their application in various industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
