• Manage daily operation of the Rooms Division
• Lead, guide and direct the efforts of the team
• Solve operational problems and ensure continuity in the service during your shift
• Provide support to Cluster Rooms Division Director in the daily operational duties.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms departments and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices

• Fluent in English and Arabic. Russian and French will be an added advantage
• Previous relevant experience
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Confident Opera user
