We are looking for EDMS (Electronic Document Management) expert who possess superior analytical skills, energy, drive and attention to details. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a forward-thinking mindset, ability and confidence to challenge the status quo to define future visions.
What you will do
• You will be a part of the Managed Services Operations (Infrastructure) team for their IT systems and Greenfield BSS solution.
• As technical expert work with customer as well as managing offshore team for ensuring production system performance and stability.
• Evaluate E2E technical solution proposed by vendors.
• Take ownership to drive changes beneficial to production environment including functionality and performance of solutions going live
• Risk assessment of Proposed solution and drive the risk mitigation steps.
• Prioritize tickets based on impact/urgency, SLA, RCA, business criticality.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to uncover, analyze, and resolve client issues.
• Vendor Management: Liaising and working with suppliers/vendors for escalation, negotiation, and new product assessment.
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures that ensure an optimal operation as per ITIL guidelines.
• Mentoring team technically for any upcoming new solutions and subsequent skill development and concept development
You will bring
• Graduate in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum years of relevant experience: 5 To 6 Years’ Experience Preferred with relevant experience in Documentum
• Must possess 5+ years of experience as a Documentum System Administrator.
• 5+ years of experience with Documentum Content Server v6.x and/or 7.x and/or higher on high availability platforms
• 5+ years of experience with Documentum Web server on CS JBoss 5.1.0 or higher on high availability platforms
• 5+ years of experience with Documentum App Server Apache Tomcat 6.0.20 or higher on high availability platforms
• Strong understanding of Documentum Server architecture and required components.
• Must be proficient with the Installation, Administration, Deployments and Troubleshooting of Documentum 7.1x, 6.7x products like Content Server,
Support the following systems and functions:
• Documentum Administrator (DA) and WebTop, Task Space.
• Strong understanding of Captiva architecture and knowledge on different modules.
• Documentum Administrator or similar.
• Webtop.
• Captiva Administrator or similar.
• Windows and Unix server knowledge
• java, DQL, API, SQL, Shell Scripting/ Perl Scripting knowledge .
