Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our employee engagement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in creating a positive work culture, assisting with internal communications, organizing events, and supporting engagement programs that foster employee satisfaction and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Help develop internal communications content (emails, newsletters, intranet posts).
  • Support data collection for engagement surveys and help analyze feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote team-building and inclusion efforts.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee experience and culture.
  • Help maintain an up-to-date calendar of engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Passion for people, culture, and making a positive workplace impact.

What we are looking for:

  • Be eligible for the Emiratisation program and hold the corresponding Family Book
  • English and Arabic proficiency level
