Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Manager for our Finance Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on new technology skills with minimal finance experience. This role requires a flexible approach to work, the ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders, and a willingness to embrace creativity and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and integrate new technologies that enhance financial processes.
• Implement and manage innovative finance solutions using loco applications such as Power BI and Alteryx.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging team members to try new approaches and learn from failures.
Experience/Knowledge and Skills:
• Graduation degree is REQUIRED– to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
• Experience with loco applications such as Power BI and Alteryx.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn from failures.
• Minimal finance and banking experience required; a focus on new technology skills is preferred.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
