Fire Fighting BIM Modeler
Job Description
- Prepare the shop drawings & As built drawings as per the project specification, tender drawings & relevant standards.
- Prepare shop drawings to obtain approval from consultant relevant authorities (Civil defense, Airport Authority, DEWA etc.,) for on-site installation and erection.
- Modify the shop drawing where necessary to reflect real site coordination.
- Prepare as-built drawings as part of handing over documents for future records and maintenance purposes.
Requirements
- Diploma Engineering Certificate from a recognized university & Institute in mechanical or electrical discipline with Auto CAD Training.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in the UAE with a reputable fire-fighting contractor.
- Proficiency in REVIT, NAVISWORKS, and CAD (2D & 3D) for creating precise site work drawings.
- In-depth awareness of UAE codes and NFPA standards.
- Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.
