Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Pick-Up and Delivery
- Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to customers on time.
- Verify delivery information, including addresses and special instructions.
- Must have valid Manual driving license and experience driving manual vehicle like Haice
- Customer Interaction
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Compliance
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure all delivery paperwork and logs are completed accurately.
- Route Planning
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Use GPS or other navigation tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver (preferred).
- Familiarity with GPS and route optimization tools.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (if required).
