Fleet Sales Executive
Job Description
The Fleet Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing fleet sales opportunities within the UAE market, promoting Hyundai products, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular client visits, market research, product demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Develop client profiles through market analysis and client research, focusing on government, corporate, rental companies, and institutions.
- Conduct regular visits to new and existing clients and maintain contact reports.
- Offer and participate in vehicle demonstrations.
- Maintain complete knowledge of product specifications, pricing, discount structures, and availability.
- Follow all company policies related to sales, administration, delivery, and financial accounting.
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and product launches.
- Assist clients with after-sales concerns.
- Oversee vehicle deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all new vehicle delivery protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 2–3 years of experience in fleet sales or a similar field
- Strong behavioral and functional competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive outlook
- Customer-oriented with a focus on quality and profitability
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
