Global Process Manager

You will be responsible to develop and support reporting throughout all areas of logistics, from materials management to customer delivery using SAP ByDesign.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

The purpose of the role is to manage operational tasks related to product availability and inventory management. Monitors inventory assortment, levels, and replenishment to ensure appropriate level of stock is maintained that will enable the organization to meet service level targets while also minimizing cost. Completes accurate reporting to provide transparency regarding stock levels. Makes recommendations when changes in business activity impact inventory levels. Challenges stakeholders, including Product Management, and the status quo.
Scope: In Global Headquaters, this is an experienced individual contributor role responsible for supporting larger and more complex Business Units (BUs). In the Regions, this is an experienced individual contributor with Regional responsibility for a Large Region (roles supporting an MO only or a Small Region should be matched to a lower-level Materials Manager job).

WHAT YOU NEED IS

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in logistics, reporting, or both.
• Experience in projects management.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI tools, Excel, ability to manage logical functions and analytics.
• The ability to present (including power point) and high-level communications skills.
• Proven relationship management and public speaking.
• Good organizational skills, especially in organizing and conducting meetings in an effective way.
• Successful experience in working to deadlines.
• Knowledge of Sap ByD.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Availability to travel, more frequently in the lead up and go-live of projects.
