Graphic Designer
At Fika Consultancy, creativity meets strategy. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can transform ideas into impactful designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing materials, social media, presentations, websites, and client proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Develop visual concepts that align with company goals and project requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts to support campaigns.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and brand consistent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to continuously improve output.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility in design.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to take feedback and make necessary revisions quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
