We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join our team in Africa.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the regional Finance team, driving efficiency and engagement to create a “best in class” function.
  • Act as a trusted senior advisor to the business to support decision-making.
  • Oversee all aspects of finance within the region, including accurate and timely financial/statutory and management reporting, internal controls compliance, and business financial planning cycles.
  • Provide revenue, cost, and working capital forecasts to the Regional MD and Finance Director.
  • Lead planning and reporting of complex financial analysis, including customer evaluation, investment decisions, and commercial, contractual, and legal issues.
  • Ensure strong local support to regional leadership through a team of business partners.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors, customers, suppliers, and advisors as required.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Professional finance qualification.
  • Relevant work experience in an international environment.
  • Experience within an industrial/manufacturing business.
  • Experience in leading teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Full P&L and balance sheet accountability with a track record of delivering results.
