HR Assistant
Noorka Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
