HR Coordinator

Job Description

This role involves coordinating closely with the HR department to manage recruitment, staff movements, documentation, and general HR-related processes. The position is responsible for handling staff deployment, document management, and ensuring smooth administrative operations between project sites and the HR department.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the HR department for local and overseas recruitment.
  • Assist HR with staff-related issues, including leave settlements and passport handling.
  • Allocate staff to respective sites after leave or upon new appointments.
  • Coordinate employee transfers between different project sites.
  • Temporarily maintain labor cards, passports, and other HR documents until returned to employees or HR.
  • Collect medical reports for visa renewals or new staff and submit them with documents to HR.
  • Maintain records and dispatch documents to HR daily.
  • Arrange accommodation for transferred or new staff.
  • Liaise with HR and project in-charges to resolve staff grievances.
  • Manage daily dispatch and receipt of documents from various projects.
  • Prepare monthly overtime and internal trip data for HR.
  • Compile labor man-hour statements for project billing.
  • Distribute incoming mail from the post box to relevant project staff.
  • Obtain and forward final clearances for resigned or terminated staff to HR for visa cancellation and final settlement.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or staff/labor coordination
  • Strong self-management and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High degree of result-oriented and hard-working attitude
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
