HR Executive

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Assist in employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads to support workforce planning and development.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Prepare HR reports and support management in decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
