Job Description: HR Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HR operations and ensure activities are in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to align with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Monitor and manage the HR budget and coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing on SAP Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in accordance with local labor laws in the UAE.
- Foster a supportive and innovative working environment that promotes employee engagement.
- Utilize SAP Strategy Management tools for strategic planning and execution within HR functions.
- Coordinate the implementation of HR projects and track progress through effective project management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist with a strong understanding of HR principles and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and SAP Strategy Management.
- Strong project management skills and experience in handling HR projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capacity.
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant HR technology.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and strategies and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives and contribute to shaping the company culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employees to discuss grievances, seek guidance, and provide HR-related support.
- Provide training sessions and workshops to address employee development needs and career progression.
- Implement employee engagement programs to incentivize productivity and enhance retention rates.
- Develop and manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate team-building activities and organizational events to promote a cohesive work environment.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analyses to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage talent acquisition processes efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation maintenance.
