HSE Manager – Bridges

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advises and assists Project and Construction Management in the formulation, implementation, and management of the project’s health, safety, environment, and logistic plans
- These plans pertain to infrastructure work job site locations, which are separate and distinct construction operations requiring integrated supervision of programs
- Ensures that the project safety plan especially the logistic plan reflects client’s and Parsons policy
- Provides a coordinated plan for the overall project which complies with the prevailing safety requirements at the project site location
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related engineering field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment with a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience (as Manager or above) accompanied by an EHS related Master’s Degree (Nebosh Diploma, CMIOSH, NBQ Level 6)
- Prior experience managing safety on the construction supervision of major roads and bridges projects is essential
- Practitioners shall be OSHAD- OSHMS Practitioner A or B Grade and lead auditor qualification ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, etc.
- Wide knowledge about Bridges Construction, UAE Road Regulation, OSHAD System Framework, Traffic Police, and Emirates of Abu Dhabi Work Zone – Traffic Management manual requirements
- Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
