Inside Sales Manager

Profile Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management, reports to the Sales Manager, Visitor Management. Primary responsibilities are to grow and maintain revenue, maximize Visitor Management footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection through relationship building with HID prospects and partners who focus on Easy Lobby. The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management must effectively identify new opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations. The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management, will be responsible to sell Easy Lobby Visitor Management software for a defined territory, primarily EMEA, as well as engaging with current and perspective partners.

Role & Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual individual targets
  • Maintain an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Manage and perform lead qualification tasks in line with the Workforce Inside Sales Playbook.
  • Work on opportunities for selling and upselling our Visitor Management Solutions
  • Record and maintain all activities in Salesforce
  • Plan and conduct presentations of HID Visitor Management Solutions to end users, consultants and resellers.
  • Develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with technical support to ensure that End Users receive the assistance they require.
  • Understanding of the HID Advantage Partner Program (APP)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in inside sales or account management.
  • Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement
  • An ability to communicate and present solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be fluent in business English (Written & verbal)
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Education and/or Experience: –

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry.

Computer Skills 

  • Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

 Customer Expectations 

  • Highlight knowledge, skills, abilities and traits necessary in this role to satisfy our customer’s expectations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in market
  • Successful development and execution of territory planning in order to build required pipeline to achieve quota
  • Background working in both a direct and indirect sales model
  • Experience working with and enabling channel partners

  • Employees work primarily in a home office environment
