Inspection Supervisor (Interior Fit Out)

About the role:

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking an Inspection Supervisor with expertise in Interior and Fit-Out Onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property inspections, ensuring that newly onboarded holiday homes meet the company’s quality, safety, and design standards before guest occupancy. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong knowledge of interior finishing, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and the internal onboarding team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of newly onboarded properties to ensure they meet company standards for aesthetics, functionality, and safety.
• Oversee and coordinate the completion of interior fit-out and finishing work, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Identify and document any defects, damages, or areas requiring improvement, and communicate with relevant teams for rectification.
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of fit-out projects.
• Ensure all properties adhere to Deluxe Holiday Homes’ brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Verify the installation and functionality of furniture, fixtures, and appliances before guest check-in.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographic documentation and checklists.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Assist in optimizing property layouts and furnishing arrangements to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
• Support the onboarding team in finalizing property readiness and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out, property inspection, or hospitality industry (preferably in holiday homes or serviced apartments).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of interior design, fit-out processes, quality control, and property maintenance. (MEP knowledge Preferable)
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inspection reporting tools, and basic knowledge of project management software.
• Valid UAE Driving License is Required.
