IT Support Officer
Noorka Logistics is looking for a skilled IT Support Officer to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, and providing support to employees to enhance overall system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, printers, and networking devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures.
- Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT security measures.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist in implementing new technologies and software updates.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in IT support tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.
