Junior Accountant
Noorka Logistics is seeking a Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
- Record and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in tax calculations and regulatory filings.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
