The Last Mile Delivery Biker is responsible for efficiently and accurately delivering packages to customers’ doorsteps within specified time frames. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, adhering to safety guidelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Operations:
- Pickup and deliver packages accurately and on time.
- Plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
- Customer Interaction:
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers during deliveries.
- Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Package Handling:
- Handle all packages with care to avoid damage.
- Verify delivery items against orders to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance:
- Follow traffic rules and company safety policies during delivery.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and submitted promptly
