Key Account Manager H/F
Position
POSITION SUMMARY: The Role of the Key Account Manager in the Middle East involves taking ownership of important customer relationships and overseeing complex sales activities within the region. This professional will leverage the experience in the market to foster strong partnerships and drive revenue growth. This individual will leverage their expertise to understand and navigate the market, ensuring successful implementation of sales strategies. The Key Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective delivery of products, all while upholding compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Thélios` market presence in the Middle East.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with important accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Assist in negotiating and renewing contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and the Company.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing insights for the development of new products and services tailored to the region.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
- Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working to resolve conflicts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Middle Eastern market, adjusting strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with key clients to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities for additional collaboration and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations, while upholding Thélios’ brand reputation and values in the Middle Eastern market.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a proactive organizer, professional and problem-solver. The role involves working with a cross functional team both junior & senior stakeholders and complex situations. A calm demeanour measured attitude and positive outlook are essential to success.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Degree holder (MBA preferred).
- Languages: Fluent English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or a related sales role, preferably in the luxury goods or eyewear at international level.
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools for effective customer relationship management.
- Good team management skills.
- Able to influence and motivate teams who may not directly report to this position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills-attention to detail.
- Leadership and Financial skills.
- Strong and passionate team player with the ability to foster relationship.
- Solution oriented and creative skills.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope.
