Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape Architect to join our team! In this role you will get to work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative public realm design of varying scales.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop unique and creative landscape design solutions for public realm developments across the Middle East.
- Undertake project related tasks professionally and independently as directed by senior team members.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible and accountable for allocated tasks.
- Perform other related tasks as directed.
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- An understanding of the design aesthetic and technical components of landscape architecture.
- An understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.
- An understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.
- An understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions.
- Demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach to Landscape Architecture within the design team.
- Technical skills and efficiencies in both standard and specialist computer programs such as Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Create Suite, Land FX, and MS office suite programs
- 2+ Years of continuous employment within the profession of Landscape Architecture.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages, especially Arabic, is highly regarded.

- Possess a strong commitment to quality control for design and technical issues.
- Possess strong communication skills with both internal and external parties.
- A willingness to develop and further landscape architecture skills and techniques for the enhancement and efficiency of the team.
- Working towards CMLI / ASLA / ALIA
