Al Haktur IT Solutions, a fast-growing IT and services company in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate logistics operations related to IT equipment, materials, and services. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure smooth movement, storage, and delivery of resources while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement, delivery, and storage of IT equipment and office materials
• Plan and monitor logistics schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Liaise with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes, and inventory records
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams
• Handle returns, replacements, and damaged goods efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE logistics regulations
• Identify process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in IT or service industries
• Strong understanding of logistics coordination, inventory control, and vendor management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/inventory software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and a proactive working approach
