Purpose of the Job

The Logistics Operations Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and improve processes.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities – Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and other logistics tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of automation and technology trends in warehouse and logistics operations.
