Summary of the Responsibilities/Job summary:
- Responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
Detail of the Job Responsibilities/Key result areas:
- Responsible for performing all Production area activities that take place in J1 Production department.
- Perform the start-up of all activities in coordination with production area employees as per SOP and checklists.
- Responsible for equipment operation, cleaning & calibration as per the SOP.
- Perform cleanliness and area hygiene as per SOP.
- Perform all manufacturing operations (Manufacturing, SOPs, logbooks) are carried out according to cGMP.
- Perform with maintenance regarding repairs and breakdowns.
- Perform all Production operations are cost effective through minimizing the waste (scrap) and rework, maximum capacity utilization.
- Report to Supervisor in case of any deviation.
- Check and report for area safety and security.
- Perform scales and equipment calibration.
- Check and sign Production documents during operation.
- Follow Standard Operating procedure (SOP) for Production.
- Responsible for Technical area activities.
- Responsible to follow Data Integrity principles as per regulations.

Qualification/Functional knowledge :
- High School or higher education
- Basic Computer Knowledge
