Manager – Business Advisory – (23000254)
A) Strategic Planning and Partner:
- Work as trusted advisers to the leader to identify the initiatives of strategic importance & operational improvement that need to be pursued
- Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards.
- Take ownership of weekly & monthly reporting activities and other leadership reviews
B). Direct Support of the Board Member:
- Set leader’s strategic priorities and help the leader identify areas where they must direct their focus
- Strategically manage leader’s time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities
- Prepare agendas for all meetings; and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible
- Monitor information flow to ensure Leader’s involvement in project or decision-making process at the right moment
C). Relationship Builder:
- Must be well connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organization to influence outcomes & come up with specific insights & action plans
D). Project Management:
- Actively support & oversee cross-functional & organization-wide projects or initiatives
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
