Manager Commercial Performance Management (UAE National)
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer & operational KPIs.
- Build bottom-up segment budgets and ensure tighter alignment with EITC strategy
- Automate segment reporting, to generate performance reports and dashboards for various KPIs.
- Review weekly and monthly performance review with scorecard holders.
- Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target as well as root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs.
- Raise performance risks and business opportunities in time to support target fulfillment
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Identify trends, advise recommend actions based on sound analysis.
- Support in Opex bottom-up budget and reporting
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance / Business Management
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in analysis, reporting roles (preferably in telecom industry)
- Good understanding of planning, budgeting, business in telco
