Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

  • Define and implement local and ME level SCM standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Manage and contribute to overarching SCM programs and Digital tools like RPA, UI Path for process improvement.
  • Drive Supplier Qualifications, SCM Star Contracts, SCM IM Dashboard management
  • Facilitate the roll out of global tools. E.g., Companions, Qlik sense.
  • Drive No touch rate through OneSRM across the region by implementing catalogues, converting free text orders into no touch ordering.
  • Active relationship with GBS India on all SCM related services and efficiently manages the volumes, ISA charging.
  • Thorough knowledge of OneSRM and SAP (SCM Modules) to drive changes, updates, or any enhancements.
  • Perform and improve P2P compliance related task, P2P modules (CCM, SoD, PAC), Vendor Dashboard quarterly review.
  • Develop and implement SCM-related processes and tools.
  • Drive initiatives in the fields of digitalization and sustainability.
  • Take care of effective functional excellence, risk management and compliance-related measures
  • Continuously evaluate the process efficiencies and evaluate new ways to optimize P2P processes.
  • Develop best in industry digitalization landscape.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Several years of experience in project management, planning and strategy.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Change orientation: proactive, result-oriented, and analytical mindset with powerful execution.
  • University Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant or comparable fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Readiness to travel.
