Emirates NBD, the leading Banking Group in the MENAT region, was formed on 19 June 1963, when H.H. Late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum signed the Charter of Incorporation of the National Bank of Dubai (NBD) which became the first National Bank established in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the blessings of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, NBD merged with Emirates Bank International (EBI) on 06 March 2007, to form Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the region by assets. On 16 October 2007, the shares of Emirates NBD were officially listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). JOB PURPOSE
Priority & Personal Banking is a unit within the Retail Banking division, Priority Banking caters to affluent customer relationships, providing a full range of products and services to meet individual customer needs. Whereas Personal Banking account holders are mass customers, majority of Emirates NBD customer base lies in Personal Banking Segment, these customers have access to all products and services.
As a Manager, Partnerships and Strategic Alliances – Tistahal, you will be responsible for driving growth and engagement across the Tistahal app and its broader ecosystem. This includes ensuring the app is fully functional, relevant, and continuously evolving to meet customer needs. The role requires end-to-end ownership of Tistahal’s performance—measured by app downloads, user registrations, partnerships onboarded, and innovative go-to-market strategies that increase visibility and engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage Rewards app registration, activation, redemption and campaign creation in a timely manner
- Increase user engagement on the Rewards app through comprehensive marketing strategy
- Conduct periodic trainings for sales division to refresh advantages of Rewards App for customers
- Ensure all customers complaints addressed and resolved in a timely manner for rewards app
- Analyze current segment offering in conjunction with competition to identify new partnership opportunities
- Propose strategic partners to enhance segment offering
- Building the business case proposal to onboard a new strategic partner
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, promoting positive and productive relationship.
- Develop external materials such as merchant’s proposals, presentation, marketing plan
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth launch of new partnerships
- Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, adjusting as needed
- Manage day to day data extraction, reports & analysis in liaison with CIE
- Create calendar of annual events to identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- UAE National with a Family Book.
- Education
– University Degree in Business or Finance. /MBA degree will be preferable.
- Experiences
Preferred 1-2 years of strategy and innovation experience
Around 1-3 years retail banking experience - Strong analytics background is a must with deep
- understanding of retail banking segments and cross-sell planning and command on Excel
- Deep understanding and ability to implement marketing strategy with high impact
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an absolute must
- Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of the dynamics of a Consumer Banking business
- Good written, verbal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills, who can think creatively and strategically while building cross-functional and cross-divisional relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategy/campaign planning
