We are currently recruiting for a Manager – Products Cash Services to join our Information Communication and Technology team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope: The Product Manager is responsible for successful POC launch, managing product lifecycle and ongoing management of client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction through effective planning, coordination, and relationship management to achieve business objectives. The position requires product management and product ownership, ensuring that new offerings are designed, delivered, and adopted in alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Leading the launch of new products to expand the business revenue line. Primary responsibility is to maximize the value for the external customer, as they are the source of revenue and market demand.
Financial:
- Drives a company’s financial gain by maximizing the value of the product.
- Shows impact on new revenue generation, cost savings, and return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure each development provide the highest possible business value relative to the cost of development.
- Contributing to the overall financial health of the BU for revenue growth
- Ensures the product meets user needs and market demands leading to higher user satisfaction, increased adoption rates, better retention, and a stronger competitive edge, all of which translate into financial success.
- Bringing new business covering new to company revenue strategy
- Securing new-to-company business opportunities.
- Conduct market and vendor cost analysis to optimize pricing and margins.
- Informed decision maker to mitigate risks, preventing potential financial losses or missed opportunities
Customer:
- Gathering market data and requirement, research, feedback and insights from external users.
- Problem identifier and alternate solution discoverer.
- Strategy and Business Representative with hands on knowledge on business context, market, customers, and users.
- Product planning, coordinating with project team, development, testing, and launching POC.
- Responsible for ensuring the product backlog reflects those needs to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying and communicating internal BU opportunities that align with customer interests.
- Develop and translate user/customer stories to internal stakeholders
Process:
- Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and service teams to ensure product requirements are understood, delivery timelines are met, and releases are executed smoothly.
- Responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, goals, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee releases and ensure product meets the customer and market expectations also aligning the management revenue target.
- Conducting market research through visits to exhibition like Seamless, GITEX, EUROCIS, ATMIA, Dubai Fintech summit, EV summit, AI Summit for new product & solutions.
Innovation:
- Leveraging techniques like user journey mapping to discover new opportunities and deliver new products
- Developing innovative digital product solutions.
- Onboard digital financial institutions to collaborate and bring a new product in the UAE market.
- Drive innovation by exploring new digital technologies, evaluating fintech/banking partnerships, and identifying ecosystem opportunities that enhance product value and market relevance.
Selection Criteria:
- Product Ownership: 2+ years of experience in product ownership, successfully introducing new services to enhance customer offerings.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics, including trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic Insight: Skilled in bringing actionable market insights to inform new product development and business strategy.
- Contract Management: Experienced in managing contracts and renewals to ensure customer retention and compliance.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making and performance optimization.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent persuasive communication skills to negotiate and secure business opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to innovate and deliver results with limited resources.
- Project Execution: Proven track record of launching successful projects under resource constraints, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
