The Manager – Training Delivery plays an essential role in our School’s success and reputation worldwide. The vision is to enhance our academy’s strategic growth initiatives within the professional training and development sector by curating dynamic industry programs, and delivering innovative solutions that position the academy as a transformative force for industry education. The Manager Training Delivery is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee capabilities and business performance. This role ensures the seamless execution of training initiatives by integrating instructional design, e-learning solutions, assessments, and industry best practices into the learning strategy.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field. A postgraduate/accredited certification in training would be highly advantageous.
- Experience: [5-7] years in training design, delivery, and evaluation, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and instructional design models.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
- Certification in Instructional Design, Training & Facilitation, or Learning Technologies.
- Experience in leadership development, competency frameworks, and performance consulting.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in corporate training and digital learning trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Development
- Develop and implement structured training programs, incorporating modern learning methodologies.
- Design and curate e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions.
Ensure content is engaging, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Lead and oversee the delivery of classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Ensure effective facilitation of learning through interactive and learner-centric approaches.
- Coach and mentor trainers to enhance instructional effectiveness.
Assessment & Program Evaluation
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and competency tests to measure training effectiveness.
- Track and analyze learning outcomes, implementing improvements based on data insights.
- Leverage feedback mechanisms to enhance course content and delivery.
E-learning & Digital Learning Innovation
- Utilize LMS platforms, digital tools, and multimedia content to enhance training accessibility and engagement, Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and industry trends, integrating them into training strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Work closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants for specialized training needs. Program Design: Responsible for curriculum development and the design and development of innovative and industry-relevant training programs, incorporating current trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Responsible for the standardization and upskilling of facilitators (Part time and full time) to ensure the highest quality of training is delivered and monitored.
- IT and Data Collection: Responsible for the consolidation, tracking and platform management of all industry and training data for transformation to readable metrics for leadership evaluation.
- Act and lead various projects and initiatives, as required by the Director of Industry Relations.
