Job Description
OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:
We are offering an opportunity for hospitality students to join the team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
As a Marketing Generalist , you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the marketing plan and activities to increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the Creative Content team to develop mood boards, identify props, and schedule video and photoshoots. Additionally, you will track the schedule, ensure areas are booked, and ready for shooting.
The role also involves assisting in the preparation of marketing communications presentations, reports, and both internal and external announcements. You will assist with filing, organizing, and tracking new assets, as well as creating, booking, and following up on media stays, and distributing media alerts. Ensuring rooms, restaurants, spa, etc., are booked and preparing complimentary forms in a timely manner will be essential.
You will also be in charge of taking meeting minutes and following up with the related departments on deliverables and deadlines.
